The Tazers release new Album: Love Machine

Love Machine Album:

As fate would have it, it seems we get closer and closer we get to some of the local South African bands the more we hang around places like Canvas Cultique, or the local monthly music festival: Park Acoustics to know even more about their inner workings! We’re starting to crave new stuff!

When Etienne walked into the office the other day and told me that The Tazers were dropping a new album, we had to jump on it like a teenage boy at a hustler convention!

Here’s a bit about the latest album by The Tazers: Love Machine:

Love Machine as the highly anticipated follow up to Time Machine from The Tazers sees the band skilfully expand their psychedelic rock & roll repertoire.

It features the critically acclaimed debut single Shake It whose catchy melodies, cheeky lyrics & blues driven grooves has already reached airwaves on national radio stations. A wild, frenetic, but deeply rhythmic track that sees the band briefly revisit their musical origins.

The second single Wake Up which debuted on 5fm’s ‘Hamman Time’ morning show features dreamy vocals sprinkled in delayed guitars & rhythmic bass lines that naturally transforms into a crunchy, yet phased out chorus straight outta’ the 70’s.

Love Machine stands as a definitive move for the band, informing listeners of a certain new approach to songwriting that seeks to continue inviting the very movement The Tazers’ live dynamic always delivers.
